Coll Timeclock — last updated August 30, 2026
These terms cover your use of Coll Timeclock, a time-tracking service for businesses and their employees, provided by Coll Business Solutions. By creating a company account or using the employee app, you agree to these terms.
Coll Timeclock lets a business ("company," "you," or "your business") track employee hours, automate clock-in/out based on location, and submit timesheets to payroll. It also lets you set break lengths and long-shift alerts, schedule jobs and teams, build optimized multi-stop routes and share driving directions with the employees assigned to them, review and approve employee time-off requests, manage a directory of your customers, send quotes and invoices, attach reference files (photos, PDFs, documents) to a job or invoice, collect online payments on those invoices, log business expenses and hourly pay rates to calculate profit reports, track inventory and materials — including scanning barcodes and building pull sheets for a job — and message your employees through an in-app chat — both between you and your employees, and between employees at your own company. Employees of a subscribing company use the employee app to clock in/out with a PIN provided by their employer, see their own schedule and assigned routes, request time off, and — if you've given them permission — help manage inventory.
You agree not to use Coll Timeclock to:
Coll Timeclock lets you accept online payments (card and bank transfer/ACH) from your customers on invoices you send them, once you connect your own Stripe account. These payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor — Coll Business Solutions is not a bank, money transmitter, or party to the payment itself, and money paid by your customer goes directly to your own connected Stripe account, not ours.
We aim to keep Coll Timeclock available and reliable, but it's provided on an "as-is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time, and we'll do our best to give notice of changes that materially affect how you use the service.
Coll Timeclock costs $9.99/month per company, billed to the payment card you provide at signup through Stripe. New accounts include a 14-day free trial — you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial without being charged anything.
This subscription fee is separate from the 0.5% platform fee described above under "Payments," which only applies to online payments you collect from your own customers.
Coll Timeclock is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coll Business Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost wages, payroll errors, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, don't pay applicable fees, or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the service or other companies using it.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
